Designer kitchen with appliances, double door fridge with ice maker and all household necessities for eight, stunning pool north facing with canal views with six burner barbecue and two car garage with extra parking under shades.
Pass Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove Resort. The road then becomes Broadwater Avenue. When you enter Paradise Point, you will be on Oxley drive. Keep on Oxley drive turn left into Matthew Flinder drive. At the end, turn left into Bayview Street. Bayview becomes the Esplanade. You can now see two main bridges crossing to two separate islands. The one with apartments is Ephraim Island. The one with houses is the Sovereign Islands. Once over the bridge to Sovereign Islands, pass the Security gate house. You are now on the Sovereign Mile, proceed to the first roundabout and take a right. You are now in King Charles Drive the Holiday House further down the road on your right.
Once off exit cleaning fee AUD300.00. 25 per cent deposit is payable on booking, and balance paid prior to arrival.
