Cumberland Charter Yachts hire bareboat catamarans, yachts and motor cruisers in Queensland's Whitsunday Islands. They are an Australian owned and operated company, under the same management for over 14 years.
Cumberland Charter Yachts are based at Abel Point Marina in Airlie Beach. They also arrange departures and returns from Hamilton or Hayman Islands.
The company offers a superb range of vessels including Beneteau Yachts, Sailing Catamarans (from three to five star vessels, which can accommodate up to 10 people), Power Catamarans (three with air-conditioning), and Motor Cruisers (for up to seven people).

Disabled: Facilities for guests with a disability are very limited on a sailing vessel.
Miscellaneous:
If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the date of departure AUD150.00 is charged. If a booking is cancelled within 60 day of departure, there will be no refund on monies paid.
Pick up and drop off is at Abel Point base, Airlie Beach. Extra charges apply if pick up and drop off is at Hamilton Island.
Clients must be 18 years of age to take control of the vessel. No formal boat licence is required. All vessels must be at anchor by 4.00 p.m. each day. Moving around after this time is not permitted.
Hire period starts midday and finishes 10.00 a.m. on the last day of rental. Minimum hire period is five days. Allow three hours for briefing on the vessel upon arrival. This time is part of the hire period. All vessels come with dinghy and outboard, barbecue, galley equipment and snorkelling gear. There is a VHF radio on board all vessels for keeping in touch with charter base. Vessels must be returned clean. Third party insurance is included in the hire fee. Vessel insurance is covered. An additional non-refundable AUD25.00 per day damage waiver is paid prior to departure.
An AUD500.00 deposit is required 14 days prior to making a booking. The balance of the payment must be made 60 days prior to departure. The prices do not include fuel and provisions. Lower rates apply to longer hire periods. Contact the operator for details.
