Description
Bowen Cultural Festival is a very exciting year as Queensland Music Festival are visiting and putting on a large scale musical production over three wonderful nights. The grand opening will be on Thursday 28 July and the show will then continue on Friday 29 July and Saturday 30 July. They will transform the Bowen Soundshell on the Foreshore into a magical landscape with sand and trees and many other props which will be sure to impress the crowd. There will also be many extras from their region to perform with Queensland Music Festival including a large choir consisting of many school children and people of their community. More exciting news and updates to come.

Coming from the Northern Highway make a left hand turn into Woodlands Road and follow into Richmond Road. You will then follow into Herbert Street to the Front Beach and you will reach Santa Barbara Parade and the Bowen Soundshell. Coming from the Southern Highway follow Don Street and a right hand veer into Leichardt and up in to Livingstone Street. You will then make a right hand turn into Herbert Street and follow the road to the end and onto Santa Barbara Parade.
