Taking place against the stunning holiday backdrop of Lindeman Island on the Great Barrier Reef, the event - which will run from 15 to 22 November - combines a relaxing tropical escape with motivational tutorials and lifestyle workshops for the chance to shape up, inside and out.
Body and Soul will offer guests a chance to try yoga, Pilates, stretch and fit-ball classes; massage and meditation sessions; and hula-hoop, leisurely schedule that builds on the resort's already impressive list of activities with healthy food and gentle exercise.
To truly unwind, be tempted by the award winning Club Med Resort Spa in a secluded area at the top of the resort offering a full range of facial and body treatments (at an extra cost).

Airport located on Hamilton Island, 17 kilometres from the resort. Transfer to the resort is by boat lasting 30 minutes. The transfer service is run by Club Med (client travelling individually must pay for this service).
