Cancellation Policy

Festive Season Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings incorporating any dates within the 25 December 2011 and 9 January 2012. A four night minimum stay applies to all bookings incorporating 31 December 2011.

Cancellations received up to and including 31 October 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received from 1 November 2011, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate.

How To Get There

Hamilton Island is easily accessible by direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns with daily connections from most major airports. Fantasea Cruises operate six services a day from Shute Harbour. Complimentary transfers are provided from the Marina or Airport to your accommodation on arrival and departure.

Cancellation Policy (Excludes Festive Season Bookings)

Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms, must be provided in writing to Hamilton Island Holidays.

Cancellations received outside of 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received within seven days of arrival, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Penalty will equal the total booking value.

Garden View Room

The Reef View Hotel's Garden View rooms are framed by the cool green palms of Hamilton Island's tropical gardens. On floors 1 to 4 of the Reef View Hamilton Island, their views are leafy and some rooms offer Coral Sea glimpses. There's plenty of space to relax in a generously proportioned Garden View room.

The Reef View Hotel's Garden View rooms have two queen-size beds and the modern décor features muted relaxing tones. Each Garden View room has a bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a private balcony with patio seating for sunset drinks from the mini bar. The flat-screen television has pay-to-view movies, free internet access is available and each room has individually controlled air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
