Notice of any cancellation of, or reduction in, the daily number of reserved rooms must be provided in writing to the resort. No Shows, Early Departures or cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee (penalty will equal the total cost of all nights booked). Cancellations received within seven days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation revenue at the contracted rate. Festive Season Cancellation Policy: No shows and/or early departures will be subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee, the penalty will equal the total cost of all nights booked. Cancellations received within seven days of arrival will be subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee of booked nights. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation free equivalent to one night's accommodation revenue at the contracted rate.
