Miscellaneous:
Children up to twelve years are free of charge using existing bedding in Garden and Ocean View Rooms only. Adult rate applies for children three years and over in all other room types.
Amended or cancelled reservations within 48 hours of the arrival date incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation. During special events and peak times this can be seven days.

If flying into Hamilton Island you can either fly to the mainland by light plane or book a transfer via boat with Fantasea Cruises to Shute Harbour or with Cruise Whitsundays to Abel Point Marina. If flying into the Whitsunday Coast Airport you may either travel by car, minibus or limousine to Coral Sea Resort. For guests travelling by car, take the Whitsunday turn off at Proserpine from the Bruce Highway. The resort is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport. There is good signage on the road. Turn left at Summit Avenue off Shute Harbour Road. Please contact the resort to book any transfers.
