Cancellation Policy
Amended or cancelled reservations within 48 hours of the arrival date incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation. During special events and peak times this can be seven days.

How To Get There
If flying, Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport serviced by Virgin Blue and Jetstar is located 20-25 minutes by car from Coral Sea Resort - please contact reservations to arrange any airport transfers.
Hamilton Island Airport serviced by Virgin Blue, Jetstar and QantasLink is located 45 minutes from the resort, please contact reservations to arrange any airport transfers.
If travelling by train, Proserpine Train Station serviced by Queensland Rail Tilt Train and Sunlander is located 25 minutes from the resort.
If self driving, Coral Sea Resort is located 25 minutes from the Bruce Highway. If travelling from the south, proceed through Proserpine and turn right onto Shute Harbour Road, if travelling from the North turn left onto Shute Harbour Road, follow Shute Harbour Road until you see the Welcome to Airlie Beach sign, turn left into Summit Avenue, turn right into Ocean View Avenue and Coral Sea Resort is located on the left hand side out on the point.

Tariff Text
All bank cheques, money orders, travellers cheques, foreign exchange drafts to be in Australian Dollars and must be cleared prior to arrival. All credit cards incur a surcharge of 1.5 per cent. Eftpos and Cash no additional surcharges apply. Full payment is required in full on arrival.
Over peak time - 23 December to 7 January inclusive there is a strict minimum three night stay.
Pay three nights and stay four nights, offer available from now until 31 March (Excluding 23 December to 7 January inclusive) - this offer applies to all room types excluding the Garden View Rooms.
Ocean View Room
Ocean View maximum occupancy is four (two adults and two children under 12 years only using existing bedding), or three adults only.
