Description
The Bowen Palms Caravan Park have cabins, villas, a tourist deluxe van for the more budget minded persons, campsites, powered sites with slabs and wonderful ensuite sites available.
If you are going on a fishing weekend in Bowen, there is enough room for your boat, whether it is a cabin or a tent site.
They cater for workers with cabins and villas. Holidaying guests will find Bowen Palms Caravan Park cheaper than most surrounding accommodation, but cleanliness is their motto and they aim to please. For fruit picking workers, they have some onsite vans and many unpowered and powered sites, and ensuite sites are available. They're close to farms and reasonably priced.
Long term permanents are always welcome on ensuite sites. It's a great little community and roomy sites make it hard to leave. Come for a look and let them tell you about their great rates.
They have a large deep pool, a child's wading pool, a camper's kitchen, laundry facilities, Internet kiosk and Wi-Fi available to 30 metres, free book exchange library, and opposite the park is a convenience store that can cater meals if required. Pet friendly for leaded outdoor pets.

How To Get There:
From the south heading north, on Bruce Highway south of Bowen, you will see the Information Centre with the glorious big mango, 700 metres along on the same side (left) is where they are located.
From the north heading south, on the Bruce Highway T intersection (Bowen to the left, Proserpine to the right) choose Proserpine turn and proceed 2.7 kilometres to their driveway on the right hand side.
Bowen is located between Mackay, Proserpine/Airlie Beach, Ayr and Townsville.

The ensuite cabins can sleep up to four or five persons. Linen is supplied to the main bed with an optional fee for the other beds and you will need to bring your own tea and coffee supplies.
