Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded less a AUD50.00 clerical fee if 30+ days notice is given. Less than 30 days notice no refund.
General Comments
Waters Edge Resort is fully self contained self catering accommodation, daily servicing is not provided. They do provide on your arrival a starter pack in your apartment consisting of tea, coffee, milk, toilet tissue, soap and shampoo along with bed linen, bath towels, bath mat and tea towel. All other personal items should be brought with you. Beach / Pool towels are available for hire.
How To Get There
Flight: Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport serviced by Virgin Blue and Jetstar is located 30 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange transfers.
Hamilton Island Airport serviced by Virgin Blue, Jetstar and QantasLink is located 45 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange ferry transfers.
Train: Proserpine Train Station serviced by Queensland Rail Tilt Train and Sunlander is located 25 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange transfers.
Self Drive: Waters Edge Resort is located 25 minutes from the Bruce Highway. If travelling from the south, proceed through Proserpine and turn right onto Shute Harbour Road, if travelling from the North turn left onto Shute Harbour Road, follow Shute Harbour Road unti you arrive at Airlie Beach, travel through the main street, turn first right then first left, Waters Edge Resort on the right.

Schoolies - Waters Edge Resort is not part of the Schoolies program.
Deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation applied at time of booking, once deposit applied booking is confirmed. Please settle your account on arrival. Please note AMEX attracts a two per cent surcharge. A credit card is required at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts or a AUD200.00 cash bond and photo identification to be held if credit card not available.
