Cancellation Information:
Low/ Mid Season- Cancellations outside 14 days of arrival will incur a AUD100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside seven days of arrival will result in loss of one nights accommodation rate. Cancellations within 48 hours or no show will incur the full tariff charge.
High/ Peak Season- Cancellations outside 21 days of arrival will incur a AUD100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside 14 days of arrival will result in 100 per cent tariff charge.
Cancellations within seven days or no show will incur the full tariff charge.
Amendments to bookings within seven days of arrival will incur a AUD50.00 administration fee.
