How to get There
The group of islands are 93 kilometres north-east of Cooktown, about 27 kilometres from the coast. There is an airstrip for small commercial and private aircraft. Regular flight leave from Cairns, as well as chartered flights from both Cairns and Cooktown. Commercial ships, charter and private boats visit the island, and there are anchoring restrictions which apply to protect the coral.
