Children: The minimum age that children are accepted to travel on the balloons is four years and above, due to safety reasons.
Disabled: Visitors with a disability are able to balloon as per the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority guidelines which require all passengers to embark and disembark a balloon basket unassisted.
Miscellaneous:
A full refund is given if passenger cancels 24 hours or more prior to tour departure. Day of travel may be moved without penalty up to 6.00 p.m. hours the night before travel.
