Aussie Farm Entertainment describes the farm entertainment they offer at their family farm ""Spurwood Springs' in the Mena Creek Valley a 90 minute drive south of Cairns in tropical North Queensland.

On this 350 acres grazing property, school children and vacation care groups make Aussie Damper in camp ovens, pat Nobby the huge friendly bullock, ride a stock horse, bottle feed the calves, pat the sheep, goats, and ducks. The mustering demonstration on Brahman cattle and working collie dog display with Indian running ducks is described as the highlight of the children's visits.

Tom is an Award Winning Bush Poet and many senior groups visit to be entertained with fabulous Bush Poetry, morning tea, lunches and a tour of the farm.

They also offer personal farm visits for families and Japanese Farm Stay Groups.

The perfect country Log Cabin Venue awaits any bride looking for a genuine country wedding in the Stock Yards complimented with the Horse and Sulky. This Log Cabin is also popular for corporate and private functions.

They are a five minute drive from award winning Paronella Park and also have a private fully self contained Holiday House on the hill.
