Gold Coast tour departs from Trickett Street, Surfers Paradise, however all pre-booked passengers are required to proceed to the ticket counter in the Centro Surfers Paradise shopping Complex 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Cairns tour departs from the ground floor, Pier, Pier Point Road, Cairns.
