Resident Cassowaries, Lumholtz's's Tree Kangaroos and endangered Green Possums call our forest home whilst shy platypus inhabit the river. Pademelon Wallabies abound and Brushtail Possums will visit your balcony every night, whilst Northern Bandicoots and other marsupials forage on the evening forest floor.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days and over no fee applies. For cancellations made 13 to seven days prior, 50 per cent of the first night is applicable. Cancellations two days and under or No Show, total amount of full booking required. Should cancellations be necessary, they will actively try to re-sell the booking, in which case if successful, only an administration fee would apply.
How To Get There
The shortest way from Cairns is to come via Gordonvale and along the Gillies Highway, (very scenic and very winding).
A few kilometres past the top of the range, you will come to a T-junction with the Lake Eacham Roadhouse on the corner. Take the left turn towards Malanda. In Malanda turn left onto the Palmerston Highway heading towards Millaa Millaa. This T-junction is opposite the Dairy Farmers milk factory.
About 10 minutes after leaving Malanda, you will come to the tiny town of Tarzali and at the top of the hill there is a 70 kilometre road sign. Get ready to turn left into Hogan / Hosie road when you see this. Turn left at the fork one kilometre along Hogan / Hosie Road into Hogan Road. The Canopy Treehouses is around two kilometres along Hogan Road.
There are blue and white directional signs (street signs) for The Canopy Treehouses posted at the Tarzali and Hogan Road turnoffs.
Tree House
These luxury pole homes offer a secluded, private and peaceful environment surrounded by rainforest and are set on the banks of the Ithaca river. Each two bedroom Treehouse boasts furniture crafted from their own rainforest timbers, a gas barbeque and hammock on the spacious balcony, a fabulous double corner spa, wood fireplace and full gourmet kitchen, fluffy bathrobes and slippers, hand-made soaps, washing machine and dryer, international direct dial telephone, internet outlet, DVD and television. They comfortably sleep two to six people.

Rainforest Unit
This semi-detached brick unit is set in a forest clearing and offers spacious and stylish ground level accommodation. The Rainforest Unit has two bedrooms with queen and single beds (sleeps two to six), a luxury double spa, cosy wood burning pot-belly fireplace for the cooler winter evenings, fully equipped kitchen, own laundry and barbeque on the balcony, international direct dial telephone, internet jack, television and DVD. The Rainforest Unit is an ideal birdwatching area and also has wheelchair access (assisted).

The Bower
The Bower is a larger tree house which backs into the edge of the rainforest affording beautiful valley views.
There are three bedrooms using king and single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a double spa bath. It has a fully equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities, barbecue and hammock on the verandah.
