There are plenty of activities for the whole family at Fitzroy Island including sea kayaking, snorkelling the fringing coral reefs, glass bottom boat tours, dive lessons and dive tours as well as its own cinema.
Camping also available. Fast Cat transfers to and from Fitzroy Island depart daily and tickets can be pre-booked from Fitzroy Island Resort.

Camping is available on Fitzroy Island and bookings can be made through the resort. The campground is surrounded by lush rainforest and natural springs. Campground includes showers, toilets, barbecue facilities as well as picnic tables.

Fitzroy Island Resort is a 29 kilometres or a 45 minute ferry ride with Sunlover Reef Cruises from Cairns. Surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
