Minimum contract of one month with AUD50.00 booking deposit. Three weeks rent is required on booking with an AUD100.00 security deposit which is returned on leaving. AUD50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure a room. This can be made by credit card via the secure payment system on this web site. The deposit is returned when you move in.
