Tastes of the Burdekin is an annual food festival that forms an integral part of the Burdekin Water Festival.

The Tastes of the Burdekin event focus' on local produce and foods from the many cultural groups that make up the Burdekin region. With fantastic food and market stalls, live entertainment, cooking demonstrations, competitions and fun for all the family, Tastes of the Burdekin should not be missed.

In 2012, the event showcased celebrity chef Miguel Maestre -on Channel Ten's lifestyle show - The Living Room.
