Disabled:
Disabled seating is situated in the following areas around Dairy Farmers Stadium: Western Grandstand, behind Bays 12 & 13, Northern Grandstand, bottom of Bays 305 & 306, Row A, Eastern Upper Terrace, behind Bays 213 & 221, Row F, Southern Grandstand, bottom of Bay 330, Row A. To obtain disabled seating and carer seating you will need to contact the Tickets Online offce. Only the Tickets Online head office and agencies are able to sell disabled seating (not available for purchase online). Please note that General Admission or grandstand seats will not be substituted for Disabled seating areas; you will need to purchase specified disabled seating. Please contact the Tickets Online team for all enquiries regarding disabled parking. Disabled patrons can gain access into the stadium from the Western Gate, Eastern Gate or Southern Gate. There is a lift in the Western Grandstand should a patron be disabled and have purchased disabled seating in the Western. There is a wheelchair access ramp situated behind the southern end of the Eastern Grandstand for all other disabled seating. Disabled toilets are available in every stand as well as the south-east corner of the Stadium.

Access Information:
Parking control around Dairy Farmers Stadium is enforced due to concerns about traffic safety and concerns from residents. The parking control plan means no stopping in streets surrounding the Stadium between 2pm and 10pm on days of major stadium events, where a crowd of over 10,000 is expected. A date panel is installed on the entry signage to the traffic control area two days prior to each major event, to alert residents and patrons of the upcoming parking restrictions.
The Parking Control Plan indicates that there is no parking available along the full length of Canterbury Road to the intersection with Kern Brothers Drive, and also along Beck Drive from Herveys Range Road through to the first Roundabout. The parking control commences from 2 p.m.

The following will be no stopping areas during major events: Aspen Place, Lilium Close, Beck Road (Hervey Range Road to first roundabout), Michelia Close, Bryony Court, Morindo Drive, Canterbury Road, Nineteenth Avenue, Cardwell Court, Oakmont Close, Chelsea Drive, Riveria Circuit, Clarence Court, Robina Close, Colchester Crescent, Rowan Court, Evergreen Drive, Senna Place, Fairway Close, St Andrews Close, Florentor Court, St Davids Close, Fortunia Lane, Sunningdale Court, Gardenia Avenue, Sweetgum Place, Golf Links Drive, Torenia Close, Hoop Street, Troon Way, Jasmine Court, Woodlake Avenue, Landel Court For more information, visit the Townsville City Council.

Ticketing access is available via all venue entrances, which are situated on all sides of Dairy Farmers Stadium. Entrance to all car parking areas at Dairy Farmers Stadium is off Golf Links Drive.
Car park passes for the Northern and Eastern car parks are available to season ticket primary account holders only and apply for the 12 Cowboys home games at Dairy Farmers Stadium.
Please note that the following car park limits apply (subject to availability): 1-5 seats: 1 car park 6-10 seats: 2 car parks 11-15 seats: 3 car parks 16+ seats: 4 car parks Limited car parks are available and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Sunbus operates four basic routes to Dairy Farmers Stadium on North Queensland Toyota Cowboys match days. These routes cover the majority of the Townsville area. A taxi rank and drop off zone is located at the northern end of the stadium.
