Camping is permitted on several of the National Park islands, and we are an official booking agent for National Parks and can provide you with any permits and tags required by law. They have a range of camping and snorkelling equipment for hire, and can put together a camping package, (with or without transfers), to suit most budgets.
Why not treat yourself and a special someone to lunch in idyllic surrounds! They can provide a gourmet picnic made from locally sourced produce that can cater to any dietary requirement.

How To Get There
Pick up from beach locations is weather dependant, Clump Point Boat Ramp is our northern departure point in inclement conditions which is located at North Mission Beach, turn right at the "Eco Village Accommodation" and follow the road down to the ramp and pontoon. Their southern departure point is South Mission Hull River Boat Ramp, located at the end of Jackey Jackey Street, at South Mission.
They don't run to a timetable, the services are all based around you, so if you'd like a no rush, no fuss voyage - give them a call today!

Rates stated are for the charter. Individual costs depend on how many take the tour.
Visit several fringing reef locations around the Family or Barnard Islands or inner Great Barrier Reef locations to view coral gardens and see a variety of marine life. Completely tailored choice of either: half day charter of up to five hours or a full day charter of up to eight and a half hours. Departs upon demand on any day, locations for beach pickup by vessel are weather dependent. If beach embarkation is not viable due to weather, departure will be from a choice of two boat ramp/pontoon locations at either end of Mission Beach. Clients, keeping in mind the length of the tour and any weather or tide restrictions, can tailor departure times to suit individual needs.

Take a tour down one of the local rivers with our knowledgeable skipper. Learn about the mangrove systems and other local flora and fauna while spotting some of the vast array of birds and animals that reside in the estuarine environment. Spot a crocodile, catch a crab and pump for yabbies!
Wet a fishing line if you desire and see if you can catch yourself a meal! (Half day charter only). Completely tailored it is your choice of either: a minimum three hour charter; or half day charter of up to five hours.
Clients can discuss what they'd like to see and do with their skipper, and then a tour route can be decided upon. There is a basic choice of three river systems in the area - Hull River, Maria Creek and Muff Creek.

Every picnic includes a picnic rug, shade shelter, crockery, cutlery, table linen, juice and water and, wherever possible, picnic ingredients are sourced locally or Australian grown.
If you'd prefer to cater for yourself, they can supply the transfers out to your island destination instead.

Would you like to go camping on a tropical island? They can take you there so you can get up close and personal to a beautiful piece of paradise for a fraction of the cost of resort accommodation. Whether you have no camping equipment at all, or you just need a few extra things, they have a range of camping equipment for hire on a daily basis. They can offer package and group discounts and multi day hire rates that suit most budgets.
Mission Beach Charters are also an over-the-counter booking agent for Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service, (now part of Department of Environment and Resource Management), so they can provide you with your official permits and tags, required by law, for any National Park in Queensland.
Camping is permitted on Dunk, Wheeler, and Coombe Islands, (Family Islands Group) and Stephens and Kent Island, (Barnard Islands Group).

If you feel like wetting a line, they can take you to a variety of locations to try your luck. It simply depends on which fish species you are targeting and how much time you have. The local river systems are good for flathead, mangrove jack, grunter, barramundi and whiting to name a few, or if you prefer, you can target coral reef fin fish like coral trout, red emperor, nannygai and sweetlip around the islands and at the reef. The choice is yours! Winter time is
great for mackeral and our skipper knows where to find them. Bait, tackle, rod and reels are supplied (but bring your own gear if you prefer), plus an esky with ice to keep your catch fresh!
