
The National Trust Heritage Centre in Townsvilleis a collection of three heritage houses restored and furnished to period. These include a Worker's Dwelling (1878), 'The Currajong' (1889) - a grand villa residence, and The Farmhouse (1921) - an example of an early house occupied by North Queensland farmers.
