Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive is Townsville's longest established day trip operator specialising in providing snorkelling and diving trips. They dive the wreck of the SS Yongala, and snorkel / dive Wheeler Reef on the Outer Barrier Reef. Non-divers are also welcomed on Wheeler Reef.
The SS Yongala is one of the world's great dives. The SS Yongala is a national historical site that lies with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The wreck begins at 14 metres below the surface and sits on a sandy bottom at 28 metres. The artefacts, marine life and variety of corals that cover the wreck are spectacular.
Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive is committed to protecting their natural environment. Their day trips are ECO Certified by ECO Tourism Australia. The Vessel 'Adrenalin' is a 15 metre fly bridge cruiser, providing a comfortable and stable environment. It is fully fitted out for diving, and snorkelling including easy access in and out of the water.
Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive also provide Liveaboards and Dive Courses from Open water to Dive masters. They also have their own purpose built training facility with pool fully equipped for courses and refreshers.

If a trip is cancelled or postponed by Adrenalin Dive, full refund is available. Passengers who cancel a booking 48 hours prior to departure, forfeit 20 per cent of total price. Passangers who cancel less than 48 hours to the trip will forfeit 100 per cent. Illness or seasickness is not a reason for a refund.
All refunds must be authorised by the management of Adrenalin Dive.
Confirmation: Passengers must phone Adrenalin Dive at 3.30 p.m. on the afternoon prior to departure, to check the weather conditions, pick up time and location. Full payment must be made, or credit card authorisation given, 48 hours prior to departure. Insurance: it is recommended that you arrange Dive and Travel insurance in case of illness, accident or loss of luggage.
Live aboard passengers to check into the shop before 3.30 p.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.
On rare occasions, due to the weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances the number of dives and location may vary.
Some medical conditions and medications may prevent you from diving. For example asthma, diabetes, heart or lung disease, as well as other medical conditions. If you are unsure, please contact Adrenalin Dive for more information or consult a diving physician. In the interest of your safety they recommend that you do not fly for 24 hours after diving. Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity.
