Great Green Way
Running north of Townsville to Cairns is the Great Green Way, a 340km stretch of incredible highway with some of the most beautiful scenery in Australia. Drive along this route and see some of the best this region has to offer: rainforest-clad mountains and waterfalls, lush sugar cane fields and divine views over the Coral Sea.
