You will incur a 50 per cent cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a 100 per cent cancellation fee will occur. However, when adequate notice is received and exceptional circumstances exist, your bookings date can be changed to suit your circumstances and travelling plans.
From the ferry terminal on Magnetic Island continue straight through the round-a-bout this will take you over the Nelly Bay hill and into the suburb of Arcadia, take the first left and the next right (at the corner shops) and follow this road along approximately 300 metres and take the second turn on the right, this is Hordern Avenue. They are located at the end of the cul-de-sac, number 5 Hordern Avenue.
