Miscellaneous:
An AUD50.00 cancellation fee will apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of pick-up from the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
One way hires are available on request and will attract an AUD55.00 delivery/relocation fee if the hire period is less than seven days in duration. Locations between one way hires are limited to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas.
Strictly no pets are allowed in vehicles.
Drivers cannot be under the age of 21 years or conditions apply for drivers over the age of 75 years. Renters must present a valid driving license before the vehicle can be released.
Vehicle restrictions include taking the vehicle on unsealed roads or off-road conditions; carrying flammable, corrosive or explosive materials; pushing or towing any vehicle or trailer.
Got 2 Go Car Hire asks that you pay for your fuel and also that the vehicle be returned with an amount of fuel equal to that at the initial time of hire.
A valid credit card number is required to be left as security and the vehicle will unfortunately not be released without one.
Servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas only. All vehicles are to be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness or a cleaning fee will apply.
The Rental Day is a 24 hour period from the commencement of hire (for example 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.). A maximum of four hours' grace period is allowed on returning the vehicle after which another rental day will apply.
All vehicles carry an AUD2500.00 collision damage/loss liability in the event of an accident. This liability can be reduced to AUD250.00 on the payment of AUD15.00 per day liability reduction or reduce to nil by paying AUD20.00.
There is an Airport fee of AUD30.00.
