Description

The Nambour Festival provides historical, cultural, social and culinary experiences for the whole family. Saturday's Festival in the Park is especially suited to young families with free admission and free games, activities, food harvest and workshops all day.

Develop your creativity at workshops or fill the stomach with tasty delights. Let the children discover their talents with interactive activities or experience the mastery music of local artistes.

Celebrate Nambour's heritage in South East Queensland through heritage tours, indigenous dancing, the speaker's tent and horse and cart displays.

How To Get There:
By Car From south (eg Brisbane). Head north along the Bruce Highway. Take the Big Pineapple turnoff. Continue straight for eight kilometres, this will take you through Currie Street. Turn right at the RSL (Matthew Street), at the end of Matthew Street is Quota Park.
From north (eg Gympie). Head south and take the Big Pineapple turnoff. (See above)
By Train/Bus From Nambour Station, travel 300 metres north along Currie Street. Turn right at the RSL (Matthew Street), at the end of Matthew Street is Quota Park.
