Miscellaneous:
If 48 hours to 30 days' notice is given of intention to cancel a tour booking, then 25 per cent of the fare is charged, if 24 hours to 48 hours' notice is given of intention to cancel booking then 50 per cent of fare will be charged, cancellation of booking within 24 hours of intended travel, 100 per cent of fare will be charged.
Proof of concession must be supplied for any concession rates. Accommodation in the 14 Day Cairns to Sydney Package can be twin/double share for 11 nights only with the remaining nights in a Dormitory share. This will incur an extra charge.
