Cancellations notified two weeks or more prior to arrival will be refunded less an AUD30.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than two weeks prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. No refunds on peak season bookings unless the entire booking is re-booked.
A boomgate key is needed to access the property via entrance boomgates. Onsite staff do a security walk at night as well as be available by buzzer at the office front door 24 hours per day.
Travelling north from Brisbane or south from Gympie on the Bruce Highway take the Caloundra exit. Approximately 11 kilometres to Caloundra. Hibiscus Holiday Park is on the main road right opposite the Stocklands Shopping Centre.
