Cancellation Policy
Low season: 14 days notification, refund of any deposits less AUD 50.00 administration fee. 14 days or less notification - no refund.
Peak and shoulder seasons: 28 day notification, refund of any deposits less AUD 50.00 administration fee. 28 days or less notification - no refund.
Once final payment has been received there will be no refund for cancelling a booking or not utilising the accommodation booked, unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy.

Paradise by the Sea Restaurant is located on the premises with a dining capacity of 100 people, authentic Thai cuisine with international options and views over the ocean.

Travel via the Bruce Highway or the Sunshine Coast Motorway, 90 minutes from Brisbane.

Arrivals:
Check in time is 2.00p.m. and check out time is 10.00a.m., office closes at 5.00p.m. so if you think you will be arriving after this time, please contact the operator on the morning of your arrival so they can organise the late arrival procedures.
There is only one car space per unit in the undercover security car park.
Although a particular apartment may be requested by a guest, please note that Management can never guarantee the availability of that apartment.
A deposit of AUD100.00 per apartment is required at the time of booking to secure the booking; you will then be issued a receipt and letter of confirmation. Please check all details are correct and contact the operator immediately if you have any concerns.
Note: High season (December/January period) requires one third deposit to be paid by 1 September 2010 prior to arrival. If deposit is not received within this time period a cancellation notice will be issued and the apartment re-let.
Balance of account paid on arrival and may be paid by Cash, Electronic Funds Transfer at point of sale, Visa and Mastercard. Proof of identification may be required.

2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartments are situated on the front and north west sides of the building, with breath taking ocean views. There is a spacious lounge, dining room, fully self contained kitchen and separate laundry. There is an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom and a separate bathroom to accommodate the other bedroom. Each apartment has its own private balcony with views of the ocean.

The three bedroom apartments have either two queen beds and two singles or one queen bed and four single beds. They have a lounge, dining room, fully self contained kitchen and separate laundry. There is an ensuite in the master bedroom and another separate bathroom. The ocean can be viewed from every balcony and master bedroom.
