A refund of the deposit, less an administration fee will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in peak season or seven days notice at other times.
All studio apartments are one bedroom with a queen bed and a double foldout sofa bed. Thirteen of the 22 apartments have a large corner spa in the bathroom and a private balcony. The property features a large swimming pool, outdoor heated spa, barbecue area and off street undercover parking. The two and three bedroom apartments are the ultimate in contemporary living, complete with the latest designer furniture, technology and modern appliances. The two and three bedroom apartments have a luxurious bathroom with spa, spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, fabulous balconies, secure undercover parking and your own private pool.
From the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to Noosa Heads, then turn off onto the David Low Way. This will bring you onto Sunshine Beach Road. Turn right at the roundabout onto Noosa Drive. Turn left at the roundabout at the bottom of Noosa Drive, onto Noosa Parade. Drive one and a half kilometres. At The Sound is located over the second bridge on the left hand side.
