Aspect Caloundra is a stunning complex centrally located in the heart of Caloundra, only 200 metres to the beach and 50 metres to Caloundra's main shopping precinct. Aspect Caloundra provides of a selection of one, two and three bedroom self contained apartments for short term holiday accommodation. These large apartments have been designed for luxury living and about half have full time residents. Facilities include full size flood lit tennis court, barbecues, heated 25 metre lap pool, spa pool and recreational pool, sauna, steam room, air-conditioned gymnasium, theatre and boardroom. All of this is managed by professional on site resident managers.

They are created by locking down the large two and three bedroom apartments and are therefore considerably larger than the One Bed Standard and One Bed Ocean View apartments. If the apartment is re-let for the same period of time then a cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will apply.
Travelling North or South along the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to the Sunshine Coast. Take the Caloundra turn-off and follow this road for approximately 10 kilometres. Continue through the town centre (Bulcock Street) and turn right into Knox Avenue. Aspect Caloundra is on your left. Take the first left into Lower Gay Terrace which is where you will find Reception.
