A recently converted dairy building with two large bedrooms (one queen in one room and a queen and two single beds in the other), a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered dining area, private verandah, dining and living areas. A feature of the accommodation is the availability of a large studio (12 by five metres) adjoining the living areas, which would suit small workshops or an artists retreat. All rooms have excellent views over surrounding hills and valleys.

Guests have access to a swimming hole on the Obi Obi Creek with picnic and barbecue facilities. The property undertakes significant revegetation and has an excellent riparian remnant with over 200 species of plants. A good selection of rainforest birds is resident as is the platypus.
Driving from Landsborough follow signs to Maleny up the range. Proceed directly through Maleny and continue for approximately three kilometres on the Maleny/Kenilworth Road until you reach a large green and white Main Roads sign indicating Kenilworth bearing right, Reesville straight on. At this junction there is a sharp left turn to Kings Lane (Rural Holiday Accommodation signed). Arley Farm is one and a half kilometres down Kings Lane on the right hand side over a cattle grid entry.
