Amamoor Lodge is conveniently located close to the historic gold town of Gympie with Noosa just a short drive away and Brisbane an easy one and a half

hour drive to the south. Discover the true Aussie bush and take a stroll to the waterhole, keep an eye out for wallabies, koalas, echidnas, possums and the many varieties of native birdlife. Amamoor Lodge is a registered 'Land for Wildlife' property.

Whilst here you can enjoy the many attractions in the Mary Valley, or take a swim in the chemical free lagoon style pool and spa. Take a ride in the Cobb & Co coach and hop on the Valley Rattler Steam train to Gympie. Adventure to the State Forest parks and take a walk to see the beautiful creeks or look for the platypus at play.

Enjoy a campfire dinner if staying in the bed and breakfast and reminisce in the memorabilia shed.

Administration fee of AUD25.00 will be charged for cancellations more than seven days prior to booking. For cancellations less than seven days prior to booking date, 100 per cent of first night is retained. For no show without cancellation and same day cancellation, 100 per cent is retained.

How To Get There:
Follow the Bruce Highway and turn off at Amamoor turnoff (which is 18 kilometres south of Gympie and 150 kilometres north of Brisbane) and well signed. Follow the Amamoor signs until you come to the Y-intersection. Take the left fork into Kandanga-Amamoor Road. Amamoor Lodge is one kilometre along on the left. Just look for the windmill near the front gate.

Deluxe Bed and Breakfast Suite

Accommodation in the traditional Bed and Breakfast consists of three suites. Callistemon and Banksia sleep two people comfortably in a queen size bed and generous size room with private en-suites. The Grevillea suite is designed for elderly and wheelchair access with a queen bed as well as a single bed. The Grevillea suite has a large bathroom which enables wheelchair access.

The Callistemon and Banksia suite are part of the old living quarters with original timbers. Guests staying have access to the whole Lodge areas including the guest dining and lounge room as well as all verandas. Breakfast is included in the tariff.

Queen size bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, free Wifi, television, hair dryer, iron and board, desk, kitchenette, en-suite, electric blanket and robes.

Deluxe Studio Apartment

Catering for both corporate guests and holiday makers, the beautiful studio apartments are spacious, comfortable and quiet. They are self catering with kitchenette facilities and continental breakfast included. Use the pool and spa area or wander in the native gardens and bushwalking on property.

The apartments are suitable for couples who don't require the traditional bed and breakfast package. They have been designed in heritage style to keep with the traditional look of the Lodge and have been built for comfort and practicality in mind for the benefit of all guests.
