Low Season - no fee if cancelled 14 days or more. Three nights between eight to 14 days. No refund seven days or less to arrival. Shoulder and Peak Season - no refund 14 days or less to arrival.
During specified school holidays, a minimum stay of five nights applies.
Reception is located off River Esplanade. However, parking is accessed via Burnett Street located at the back of the building.
