84 The Spit is a holiday complex in a gorgeous location right on Mooloolaba Beach - the highest holiday accommodation along with the best views on the famous Mooloolaba Spit - an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. The 10 storey high rise on the famous Mooloolaba Spit includes a heated pool, lift to all apartments and secure under cover car park. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.

The Beachfront apartments are from floors one to three and the Oceanview apartments are from floors four to nine. All of the apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, washer and dryer, DVD player and AUSTAR.

Cancellation Information:
High season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less the administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.
Shoulder and low seasons: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less the administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, the administration fee (AUD50.00) will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.

How To Get There:
Follow the Esplanade through Mooloolaba past the Surf Club and turn left into Parkyn Parade.
If coming from Brisbane, take the Mooloolaba turn off just past Aussie World. Continue on following the "Underwater World" signs. They are the 10 story high building in Parkyn Parade just along from Underwater World.

The Optional Studio (ninth floor) has spectacular Ocean and Hinterland views in this four or five* bedroom apartment (*studio optional extra) from the 10th floor. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment has balcony facing north for a warm and restful stay without roads between you and the Beach.
