Pets Allowed:
Yes. Toowoomba Service: Pets must be in appropriate cages. Discuss this when booking. Allowance must be made for extra time to check pets in at a luggage centre separate from the terminal. All paper work for animals must be organised prior to travel with The Airport Flyer. Warwick and Stanthorpe Service: No pets are allowed. Currently, they do not have the facilities for carrying pets on this service. They may become available in the future.

Cancellation Information:
AUD8.00 (Toowooba) and AUD10.00 (Southern Downs) cancellation fee per person for cancellation of entire booking if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to travel (Toowoomba maximum AUD32.00; Souther Downs maximum AUD40.00). Cancellation Fee of AUD5.50 (Toowoomba) and AUD7.00 (Southern Downs) for cancellation of part of a booking. Cancellation Fee of 50 per cent of fare if less than 24 hours up to two hours before travel. No refund for cancellation two hours before travel or fail to board. A generous allowance is generally made for passengers who miss their service because their flight is late: passengers are usually transferred to the next available service at no cost. This is at the discretion of The Airport Flyer and is dependent on seats being available on the next service.

Departure Details:
International Terminal: Meet driver at the seating area just past the Newsagent on arrivals floor.
Domestic Terminal: Meet inside the terminal near the luggage carousel for your flight.
Drivers carry a sign with words 'Toowoomba' or 'Warwick' and 'The Airport Flyer'.

Hotel Pick-up:
In Toowoomba passengers can be set down and picked up from private homes, businesses, motels, schools and hospitals. This also applies for Stanthorpe and Warwick.

Pet Information:
Dogs and cats can be carried only if they are in special animal cages on the Toowoomba service.

Tariff Information:
Child fares are for children of school age who are being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Airport Flyer is a mini coach service linking Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley with Brisbane Airport. There is also a direct link from Stanthorpe, Warwick and Boonah.

A door-to-door service is provided to and from your home, motel or work address for Toowoomba and Gatton passengers and also for Stanthorpe, Warwick and Boonah passengers.

Areas beyond Toowoomba (such as Highfields, Oakey, Dalby, Pittsworth and Crows Nest) can also be catered for on request.
