Their head chef Adrian has devised an excellent menu with items such as local Venison and Thai Marinated Queensland Scallops with lemongrass coulis and chocolate truffle cake matches perfectly with the Pozieres Porter. It sounds good, doesn't it! Non beer drinkers will be catered for.
