Peranga is a small town in the Darling Downs that lies on a country road between Quinalow and Kulpi. The community is within a short drive of a number of surrounding tourist attractions, including Maclagan's Rimfire Winery, the Acland Coal Mine, Moorlands Host Farm and the Muntapa Rail Tunnel.
