Pre-booked guided tours of the ground floors are available for a minimum 10 guests, AUD10 per person. Pre-booked self-serve morning teas and tours are also available, minimum six guests, AUD14.50 per person.

They are a couples only bed and breakfast unless all 13 rooms are booked by one group.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to confirm and hold your booking. All accommodation payments are non transferable and non refundable if cancelled within 120 days of arrival date. If cancelled over 120 days of arrival date 50 per cent is refundable.

Your booking for accommodation does not allow you photographic rights to the building or its grounds for special occasions unless approval is granted prior to booking.

Only in house guests are allowed on the grounds and in the house - sorry no visitors unless prior arrangements have been made prior to booking

How To Get There

Warwick is approximately two hours from Brisbane, just over two hours from the Gold Coast and 45 minutes north of Stanthorpe.

The Abbey is just off the main highway that joins Brisbane to Sydney. If coming from Brisbane, after you pass Red Rooster you will see Dragon Street on the left hand side, turn left into Dragon Street.

Go down Dragon Street and you will pass Pringle Cottage on the right hand side. Keep going till you get to the first roundabout, you will see the Abbey on the corner.

If you have a reservation please park at the front of the building and ring the door bell.

They are a couples only Bed and Breakfast unless the one group books the whole house. Making an accommodation booking at the Abbey doesn't give you photographic rights or permission to ask others on to the premises.

They have two rooms on the first floor with share bathroom. They have been tastefully decorated and have electric blankets in winter plus ceiling fans and heaters, with either single (R5), or queen bed (R4).

Window facing out over the front of the house to Warwick. All rooms have access to a kitchenette on the same floor to make tea and coffee and a veranda looking out from the back of the house.

Room Nine or the 'Veranda Room' was the old infirmary This room leads out to the veranda and has a four poster king bed, private bathroom, television, DVD, tea and coffee making, antique dresser, wardrobe, private bathroom with bath, and a cosy fire place (fire can only be lit by team members once you are ready to retire to your room for the evening).
