Explore the world of model railways at the train Mecca of Queensland with the Queensland Model Railway Show. Join hundreds of miniature train enthusiasts at The Workshops Rail Museum, the newest campus of the Queensland Museum. Marvel at an impressive display of model railway layouts and trade displays and learn more about this hobby which has hundreds of thousands of followers worldwide. Admission to the event is free after the general museum entry. The event takes place from October 25 until October 26. The event takes place on North Street in North Ipswich, which is an easy 40 minute drive from downtown Brisbane.
