Stop at the Kronosaurus Korner Visitor Information Centre and pick up a guide to Richmond's public fossicking sites located near town. Visitors are sure to find their own fossil in the Richmond area. The staff at Kronosaurus Korner will be happy to help identify your finds. The fossicking sites are located within eight to 12 kilometres' drive from Richmond. No equipment is needed to go fossicking, although a small hammer and brush may assist your expedition.
