Polish your boots and bring your swag to the annual Eromanga Rodeo, Campdraft and Gymkhana. This event promises to be a fun-filled weekend with the action kicking off on Good Friday.
The Campdraft is up first on Friday and continues on Saturday morning. Your afternoon will be spent admiring the Wrangler Butts of the rodeo world, these young cowboys know how to entertain. After the rodeo, have a drink and meet the local folk of the area and dance the night away in the dust to a live band. Sunday morning revs up early with the Motorbike and Horse Gymkhana, both entertaining and interesting to watch. All weekend you can replenish with the Bar and Canteen and free campsites and amenities are available at the Rodeo Grounds. This event raises funds for their Royal Flying Doctor Service, which is very important in these isolated parts of Western Queensland.
