Cancellation Information:
To confirm a tour booking, a deposit of 10 per cent of the published tour fee must be paid at the time of making your reservation by credit card* or by direct bank deposit. The balance of the tour fee is to be paid 60 days prior to the date of departure.
Passengers are asked to notify Oz Outback Adventure Tours of any special requirements (for example health or diet) at the time the booking is made.
The tour fares quoted on their site are per person. No single supplements apply. The tour fares quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given and must be received in writing. Transferring to another departure date is treated as a cancellation if the tour positions cannot be filled by other passengers before departure.
Days of notice: 60+ Days = 50 per cent of Deposit 59-15 Days = 50 per cent of Fare 14-5 Days = 75 per cent of Fare Less than 5 Days = 100 per cent of Fare

Further Details:
Oz Outback Adventure tours strongly advises passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellation. They recommend that you do this at the time of booking to insure your deposit. Cancellation Insurance, which only covers your deposit, can be purchased fairly inexpensively or alternatively you can purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Each passenger is entitled to take one medium size piece of baggage weighing no more than 15 kilograms. Soft type bags (rather than suitcases) are preferable. Luggage limits are enforced on every tour. The luggage is entirely at the passengers' risk during the tour.

Passengers accept that Oz Outback Adventure Tours may need to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation or sightseeing arrangements from those published, with little or no notice. This may be due to road conditions, weather, safety factors and other operational considerations at the time. Such decisions will be made in the best interests of the passengers' comfort and safety.
Please be advised that the services provided by Oz Outback Adventure Tours is for the booking and packaging of goods and services provided by other operators such as hotels, motels and attractions. Oz Outback Adventure Tours will not be liable for any loss, damage, omission or act of negligence or otherwise committed by these operators, their assignees or agents.
Smoking is not permitted inside Oz Outback Adventure Tour 4WD's as per government regulation. Seating positions operate with a daily seat rotation system to ensure passengers enjoy different seating positions in the 4WD's whilst on tour.
Passengers accept that tours include participation in activities which may involve certain risks and dangers beyond the control of Oz Outback Adventure Tours. Such activities containing risks include but are not limited to, bush walking, swimming, and travelling in remote locations. The passengers accept that some itineraries include visits to and overnight stays in areas located some distance from hospitals, medical centres or other forms of professional medical facilities.
Passengers accept that it is their responsibility to ensure that their health is in a state which will allow them to enjoy the tour and successfully complete the activities that the tour offers.
Passengers will not be permitted to continue on tours when in the opinion of the managers of Oz Outback Adventure Tours the passenger's conduct is placing their own or the safety of other passengers at risk, or is adversely affecting the enjoyment of other passengers; for whatever cause.
Oz Outback Adventure Tours will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour. However, no liability will be accepted for any loss of enjoyment experienced by passengers due to circumstances which are out of their control.

Bush to Beach Tour

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Queensland Outback

The very popular Bush to Beach tour gives you a fantastic mix of what Queensland has to offer. You visit Queensland's oldest continually licensed Hotel, the Nindigully Pub (established 1864), and explore the historic towns of Surat, Roma and Injune along the way to Carnarvon Gorge National Park. At Carnarvon Gorge you will experience a very special piece of Queensland including breathtaking views, spectacular waterfalls and some wonderful guided walks that lead you to some very special places that can only describe as truly spiritual.

You will then travel onto the Queensland Gem fields which is famous for sapphires and other precious stones. They guarantee you will find sapphires and maybe even a couple to have cut and set into rings or other jewellery.

They then travel to the tranquil coastal town of Seventeen Seventy, the birthplace of Queensland. Here you will learn how Captain James Cook came ashore for repairs and supplies and you will relax on the beach watching the sun set over the water.

The ancient Capricorn Caves is your next destination before visiting the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery on the way the lovely Noosa Heads. Here you will explore the Noosa National Park before heading home.

Epic Outback Tour

One of the swimming holes at the spectacular Carnarvon Gorge

The Epic Outback Tour takes you through some lovely towns on their way to Nindigully which is home to the oldest continuously licensed pub in Queensland (established 1864). Following a great night they travel to Carnarvon Gorge National Park where you'll spend the next couple of days exploring this magical place.

You then visit Queensland's gemfields before discovering towns with historical significance to their heritage such as Barcaldine and Longreach. At Longreach you will be attending the Stockman's Hall of Fame and the Qantas Founders Museum.

Then travel to Winton where you'll visit the Waltzing Matilda Centre before visiting the only known site on earth of a dinosaur stampede! They then travel to Blackall, the home of the "Black Stump", before exploring Charleville where you'll visit the Cosmos Centre and Observatory, the Charleville School of Distance Education (formery School of the Air) and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

After your very educational experience in Charleville, travel to Miles and visit the Historical Village and Museum before staying at Condamine which is home to the famous "Condamine Bell". Their last day takes in Dalby and Toowoomba before they drop you at your transfers and sadly say goodbye.

Birdsville Races Tour

The Iconic Birdsville Hotel

This tour to the famous Birdsville Races is on everyone's bucket list and is a must do. Along the way you will visit some fantastic historical outback towns and learn about some of Australia's pioneering history.

Your first night is in Roma before travelling onto Quilpie for their annual charity Street Party. Next stop is Windorah where you'll be staying at the only pub in town, the Western Star Hotel. In the evening you'll take part in the biggest night on Windorah's calendar, the International Yabby Races.

They leave Windorah behind and start the trek to Birdsville where you'll experience the 'real' Australia. Birdsville is an experience. There's lots of entertainment including the famous Birdsville Pub, the equally famous and iconic Fred Brophy's Boxing Tent, bands, buskers, fundraising events, and of course the Birdsville Races. After a great few days they travel to Innamincka and learn about the history of explorers Burke and Wills. Then visit the towns of Thargomindah and Cunnamulla, where you will board a boat for a Sunset River Cruise.

Last stop is Nindigully where you'll stay overnight in Queensland's oldest licensed Hotel (established 1864), before heading back to the Gold Coast where they say goodbye.

Gold Coast to Cairns Tour

Beach views at Noosa National Park

Today you begin your tour north to Cairns by visiting Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast before spending your first night at the beautiful Noosa Heads. They then visit the town of Bundaberg and tour the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery on their way to the birthplace of Queensland, the tranquil Town of 1770.

From 1770 you then visit and explore the ancient Capricorn Caves before continuing north to Sarina where you'll partake in a very informative Sugar Mill tour. You will then travel to the lovely towns of Armstrong Beach and Home Hill, visiting the Paluma Range National Park, Crystal Creek Falls and Jourama Falls along the way. They continue onto Ingham to stay the night at the famous 'Pub With No Beer', Lee's Hotel.

Next they travel onto Cairns and along some of the most pristine coastlines in Australia to explore Mossman Gorge National Park. This section of the Daintree National Park is truly spectacular. They then make their way back to Palm Cove where you'll spend your final night. Your last day will be spent exploring the pristine beach before travelling into Cairns to experience the sights of this vibrant town before they sadly say farewell.

Cairns to Gold Coast Tour

Palm Cove, Queensland

Your tour starts today with you travelling along one of the most pristine coastlines in Australia on your way to Mossman Gorge National Park. After exploring the spectacular Mossman Gorge, they then travel back to the beautiful Palm Cove. Next day travel through the Atherton Tableland on the way to Undara National Park, home to the breathtaking Undara Lava Tubes.

Their next leg takes you to the famous mining town of Charters Towers before they continue your adventure into the Queensland Gemfields. Here you will have the opportunity to find sapphires (Finds Guaranteed). From here you'll travel to Carnarvon Gorge National Park where you will spend a couple of days experiencing one of Queensland's best kept secrets. Truly spectacular. Bring your camera!

They then explore some great historical towns on their way to Nindigully, home of Queensland's oldest continuously licensed Hotel (established 1864). Here you will spend time marvelling at the history and memorabilia on the walls and be truly amazed at the size of their famous road-train burgers.

Your trip back towards the Gold Coast has you passing through more historical towns before they have you safely at you your hotel and transfers around 3pm.
