Set in mist-shrouded mountains west of Mackay, Eungella National Park is one of Queensland's most ecologically diverse parks. Bushwalking is great at Eungella, with more than 20 kilometres of walking tracks, scenic lookouts and interesting plants and animals. From the viewing platform at Broken River visitors often see platypus diving to feed. Enjoy a bush picnic under huge swamp mahoganies and red gums.
