Children:
Con-X-ion welcomes families and adults travelling with children. A family rate is valid for two adults and two children. A child rate is valid for children three years to 13 years inclusive. Children under three years, if they are nursed, they travel free. The operator is not obligated to provide baby capsules. On Charter bookings, baby capsules are available upon request.
Pets Allowed:
Yes. Pets are allowed when travelling in a secure pet cage/container that is suitable for travel. Pets travel in the luggage hold, except for authorised guide or hearing assistance dogs. For costings and arrangement of pet transfers please contact Con-x-ion Reservations.
General Comments
Brisbane Airport: Arriving passengers are to go to the Con-x-ion service desks for check in and will be directed to their bus.
Gold Coast Airport: Arriving International passengers will be met by the driver outside customs exit doors.
Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Arriving domestic passengers will be met by the luggage carousel of the carrier they flew with.
Passengers are requested to be ready 10 minutes prior to pickup time . Con-X-ion advises that the coach is unable to wait for passengers who are not ready at the agreed pickup time for departures. Please note: Pick up times given at time of making a booking could vary on day of transfer owing to other possible pick-ups in the same area.
As a part of the service offered, Con-x-ion provides sufficient luggage space to for one large suitcase and hand luggage for each Airport Con-x-ion customer. Understandably, some clients travel with excess luggage so to ensure that Con-x-ion have enough space, please call Reservations to inform them of any extra luggage, if known of, at time of booking. Con-X-ion Gold Coast - Premium Economy Airport Transfer Service
Gold Coast Airport Transfers Premium Economy is an upgrade express service. One passenger travelling: maximum one additional stop to and from the Airport with reserved adjacent seat.
Two or more passengers travelling: maximum one additional stop to and from the Airport. One passenger pays Premium Economy rate, remaining passenger pay Economy rates.
