Protein is the main game at Gold Coast institution, Cav's Steakhouse. The restaurant and butchery has been located in Labrador since 1984 you can't miss the building's low-set hacienda style exterior. Cav's sources the best cuts of meat from Australian and New Zealand and ages them in-house, making them tender and packed with flavour. The butchery allows Cav's customers to take home anything that appears on the restaurant menu.
