Description
Boyds Bay Houseboat Hire on the beautiful Tweed River. You be the skipper onboard your floating apartment, offering a different view every day. Great fun for all ages.
Situated at the southern end of the Gold Coast lies the beautiful, tranquil Tweed River. Boyds Bay Houseboats has a range of houseboats, for two people up to 12 people. Hire a houseboat for a weekend escape, midweek escape or seven nights or longer. All houseboats are stylish, comfortable and fully equipped.
No boat licence is required. They will walk you through the boat and explain all you need to know, then they will take you off the marina for some hands on instruction.
Enjoy beautiful clear water for swimming and white sandy beaches. Watch the pelicans flying in for a feed of fish or dolphins playing around the river. Local art, historic sites and fine eating can be enjoyed along the river. Mudcrabs and Sandcrabs are plentiful, and these can be cooked on your houseboat. The fishing is great and you can always find a quiet place to throw a line. Come and enjoy this spectacular attraction for yourselves and have the best holiday ever.

Cancellation Information:
30 days notice - refund paid in full. 30 to 21 days notice the deposit is forfeited, unless the boat is rebooked for full price. 21 days or less - deposit and balance hire forfeited, unless the boat is rebooked for full price. AUD50.00 cancellation/administration fee will apply to all cancellations.

Boyds Bay Houseboats is operated by the owners and offer their customers good old fashion service.
Tariff Information:
A deposit of AUD200.00 is required on all hires. This becomes part of the houseboat hire fee and is required to reach their office within seven days of making your reservation.
The balance of the hire fee is due 21 days prior to departure. For Christmas and New Year bookings the balance is due 90 days prior to departure. For Easter bookings the balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
A security bond is required on all houseboats, and will be refunded within seven days of completion of hire, less fuel and other consumables, including outboard hire if applicable, provided no loss or damage of equipment has occurred.
