Located in the heart of Broadbeach, the resort's three towers are 400 metres from Pacific Fair, the Gold Coast's largest shopping destination and 200 metres from Karrawa Beach, famous for its Surf Life Saving Club and patrolled beach.
The resort features leisure options including a Roman-style outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and children's wading pool. Barbecue facilities can be found on-site for self-catered, relaxed dining or Broadbeach offers many cafes and award winning restaurants on Surf Parade and its surrounding streets. A fully equipped gymnasium can be found on-site along with a tour desk to help plan your Gold Coast adventures. Secure undercover parking is available.
The self-contained one and two bedroom apartments feature their own balconies with views of either the Gold Coast hinterland or beaches and air-conditioning. All rooms boast fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, hair dryer and tea and coffee facilities. Cable television (Foxtel) is standard in all rooms as well as security intercom.

Access to the property is self-drive, flights into Coolangatta or Brisbane airports, coach or rail.
Once the final payment has been received, there will be no refund for cancelling or amending a booking. Bookings may be automatically cancelled if final payment is not made by the due date, all funds paid will be forfeited. Once paid, the deposit and final payment are non refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Maintenance Notice - Mantra Bel Air will be undergoing a maintenance program of civil works. Dates: 8 February 2010 until August 2010. Possible impact on guests - outdoor pool will be closed to public from 1 May 2010 for 30 days, indoor pool will remain open. Other works to be carried out include repaint of exterior, refurbishment of gardens and grounds. Noise may be generated between work hours of Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700 and Saturday from 0900 to 1600 (not every Saturday).
Access is from the north or south via the Gold Coast Highway.
Room rates do not include GST. Any additional items subject to 10 per cent GST. AUD40.00 per extra adult or child per night. Cot hire AUD10.00 or high chair hire AUD5.00 per night. Block out dates: 21 November to 6 December 2009.
