The Park has a check-in time of 11.00 a.m. for sites and 2.00 p.m. for villas and lodges. Check-out time is 10.00 a.m.

Reception is open from 7.30am to 7.30pm daily, and 9am to 11am on Christmas Day.

Linen is provided on existing bedding free of charge in all villas. Rates are based on a two adult and two child villa share.
